WTB Max Gold Shields with Armor bonuses

Im looking for a max shield with :

1)+30 health always/ in stance or something very close to it
AND
2)+7/+8 Armor bonuses vs Piercing/Cold/Lightning/Fire attacks

3) Req must not be higher than 10 Str or Tactics

Skin is not important

i have like 10 +8 armor -2 shields

Nice shields there but they aint +hp always/in stance

Still looking...

Any1 has those shields i described?

i have a req10 strength Defender
hp+25 always
-2dmg in stance

going for around 85k (priced by gurus price check)

its not perfect but its still good and much cheaper than Bulwark (by about 40k)\
and only difference is 5hp....
