As far as I'm concerned, a non-visual bid is a non-existant bid and if I had an item someone bid 4 stacks of ecto on, not only would I remember their name, but I would have sent them flowers.

Sorry for the confusion all. ^^
A 1000 ecto bid was made, but I did not remember the bidder's name because he said that he would be back to show the ectos. He has not returned with the ectos and thus I have disregarded his bid.
The c/o (in-game) is 700 ectos (King Azwraith) and although I have not seen his ectos (he says that he can convert his many jewels into ectos), I believe that he has the funds based on his own word and of others.
FYI, I will be accepting bids both in-game and through guru. I hope this is not an inconvenience.
