Linen where?

Where do you find linen ? I am across the wall and went to make a guild and cape and find out I need Linen. Where do you find it?

Also it has been so many fights back from the guild making town I forgot which place it was...help?

Linen is found by using an expert salvage kit on charr shaman gear (and other higher quality gear).

The starting town is Ascalon....even in post searing.
