b/o = Buy Out.
This ia price, at which the item is directly sold. For example, an auction goes up to 25k, the buy out is set at 35k. Someone who has enough money says, "i take the b/o" and means: not matter what, i will buy this item right away, for the price you said.

This is for person, who do not want to bid till the last day or want to make sure they get the item. Mostly, b/o's are a bit higher than market value.

c/o = Current Offer.
It's a simple term to name the highest bid on an item at the time of edit of the openers post. there anyone can see the current offrs and bid according - it is some sort of service and helps bidders to decide on bidding or not.
