Halves casting time 8%
Energy +4 while health is above 50%

These are no where near perfect.
But they kick ass. They had and still are
very useful to me.

If so, which one should I keep fo my Fire Elem?

i even think about the second one for 50k, halves skill recharge = nice
energy while enchanted = nice...

perfect one would be over 100-200k

I only wish it could of been perfect.
Yea I like the second better cause my elm is always enchanted or
tries to be. And the 8% in the skill recharge helps alot.

true, echo, meteorshower, fireball... all nice to have faster recharged
