Most of the sellers out there haven't realized, yet, that the buyers aren't paying extremely high prices for bows in general and Storm Bows in particular. I've been watching the auction sites and people are not paying 400K+ for a req 8 15^50 Storm Bow.
So, if someone would like to sell me one, I'll pay 300K or 100K + 30 ecto, or, something near to that price. If not, I'm willing to wait until later when the price falls even further.
