Hi, yes he's a well known scammer, egoist and stupid.
But scammed people are worst because they generally don't complaint against scammers to arena net. So they (Scammers) will stay in game and continue to FARM everyday and some hours per day for some (sorry for the farm word, but it's the right one, no ?).
