Is there program and lets you view all the possible dye combinations that could be applied to armor? I would like to see the outcome before I waste dyes on armor.

create a PvP char, this alows u to look at armour of all classes and chance colours

Try http://www.gwonline.net/files/ for the color mixer program.

It will let you mix to your hearts content!

Edit: Though this won't let you see what parts of your armor are affected... my bad.
