7% is low, only 1 mod, reduce blind isnt really working on the price if i put it nicely

lets just say i dont need it

i rather buy a green one (aargh!)

If I were you I would try and sell it in "Temple of Ages" to an Underworld Trapper. Any serious trapper will need a +15 energy staff. Or you can take your chances on the salvage, but I would try selling in toa first imo since theres so many farmers there.

those trappers rather buy a cheap green staff from new UW for a few k
