Some questions from a noob...

i've been doing the PVE thing and I have a W/Mo level 11 and a R/W level 10.
Question#1: Where the heck is Sanctum Cay, Thirtsy River. Is it in PVP only?
Question#2: Is Ascention going to the academy?

I'm new to this type of game and lots more stuff and terms to learn, I'm ust used to running around and shooting stuff or grabbing flags.

Where are you?

Sanctum Key is usually around lvl 14-17, Thirsty River usually 16-20.
Ascention is usually 18-20.

Don't worry about any of those things. You'll happen across them as you progress through the game as long as you do missions. But, since you asked, Sanctum Cay is a mission right before going to the crystal desert to Ascend, which is basically for the sake of the story line (it only makes you level 20, nothing else special) and for doing one of three missions, one of which is called Thirsty River.

No, Ascension is not going into the Academy...

If you are still in pre-searing or just got out, then don't worry about any of the aforementioned places... YET

Hi, Flounder....I'm new to this type of game as well. Mostly all I played before was the Myst games. But I'm sure having fun, but do have moments of extreme confusion with the terminalogy(sp?).

Yes lots of new terms to digest, I'm a fps player (CS, DF and the like) and the only terms everyone one used were pwn, noob, hacker, and lag!!! But I'm enjoying this game alot, the no monthly fee is what got me to try it, I've been interest n trying these types of games I just could'nt see myself parting with money every month to play.
