oops -- NOT an insult.
merch = sell to merchant, as in its not worth the hassle of selling it. If you tried selling it, you may get about 1k, and thats mostly because its for a ritualist, who is currently un-playable.
And as a general rule of thumb Energy Below 50% health or "while hexed" are not really desired at all. The price plummets down to quite low amounts.
