Where do I find large-format skill icon pics?

I've noticed that at GuildWiki and some other sites there are these beautiful, 128x128 skill icon pics that are far prettier than the tiny little (and far more common) pics offered up by the GW fansite kit and regular forums. Here are some examples:



Unfortunately, it seems only about half the skills have these larger pics, and the rest are blurred enlargements of screenshots or the fansite images. Almost no elites have these pics.

So my question is: where do these come from? I'm working on my own gw skills project, and I'd love to be able to use the larger, much more attractive images. Anyone have any idea? Link?
