i finally checked this staff in game. Kasissia's a little noob, dont worry about it.
I was so excited to see it, we were debating between 400-500k, till i saw...
first of all this staff is not req 11, its a req 9. It's the collectors blue fire staff with 20/20 and modded.
simply amazing. this guy put up like 5 threads on this staff too proclaiming it to be req 11 (hinting it wasnt the blue collectors staff)
