Elementalist Skills

I've found all but the following Elementalist Skills, I was hoping that someone could direct me to the ones that I have not been able to find, either from a skill merchant or through a quest.

Blurred Vision
Glyph of Elemental Power
Kinetic Armor
Rust
Shock

I've gotten all but a few of the Elite skills, and most of those are gotten from using a Capture Signet on a boss.

Well, been working on collecting all the skills I can get... down to only needing:

Blurred Vision, Glyph of Elemental Power, Kinetic Armor, Rust and Shock (nope haven't found them yet) for my regular skills/spells

Mind Burn, Obsidian Flesh, Glyph of Energy, Glyph of Renewal and Ether Prodigy are all I need for my Elite skills.

As for trainers and quests, I really don't know where to get them.

I do know that you can capture Glyph of Elemental Power from a boss in The Wilds so head there if you want it. There's probably millions of other places to get it, but I'm sure that you can get it there.

Kinetic Armor can be captured in Elona Reach, I think.

There is a quest for Kinetic Armor in Fisherman's Haven. Shock can be captured in the Dragon's Lair.

The locations of all skills (barring elites) can be found in the guru's skills list

how many signets of capture can one get in the game?

As many as you can afford/have skill points for. You can get them in Lion's Arch from the guy that gives you one as a quest.
