4)3-5k? not real shure but that would be hard to sell being so few smiting monks
5)5-10k? not real shure but u can get a 20/20 green for about 20k(vokur's staff)
6)Merchant or salvage for shelter mod
7)Slavage for +5 armour mod

don't see that getting near 40k... period. Think the first pc was more accurate. The damage is 11-21 (not max) has one modifier which isn't max (18%) Plus staves have dropped big time in value.

Also... this is a necro staff and vokurs is a mesmer

golds are way better but I can't even get 40k for a staff better than this one.. IMO 10-15k max
