Possible to capture a pet above level 5...?

Just something ive been wondering about. I recently did a bit of pvp in the low level arena (ascalon) and, much to my surprise, I saw a ranger with a level 15 pet - if my memory serves me right. He was obviously less than level 15, so i was wondering if its possible to capture pets at higher levels somewhere, or if he used some sort of leveling trick to level his pet without leveling himself. I have a ranger, and finding a level 15 pet would be helpful. If its not possible, it would be interesting to figure out how he managed it. Having a high level pet in the lower level missions might be funny =D

High level animals for pets: There's a Level 15 fully evolved Elder Wolf in the Southern Shiverpeak region, Spearhead pass. And an evolved Level 20 Black Widow spider in the Underworld.

As far as I'm aware, apart those two, all others that can be charmed will be level 5.

I was going to try this hostile a pet to be and have it kill me over and over in pre searing(next to res shrine I hope) then capture it later...

Im going to test this theory. also maybe a 2nd person is elsewhere like lower level ready to cap it in pre... honestly no idea as of yet.

There are 5 levels: 1, 2, 5, 15 (Elder Wolf) and 20 (UW Spider).
