Especially if your guild loses against other guild, observing the match later on would provide valuable information about why things went that bad and what you should had done differently. Great for training.
I just ask latest match to be observeable. No match archives or something.
Allow to observe your own guild match

Although I am a bit worried people could start pointing fingers at other guildies.. it is a good source of training and feedback.

Fantus
That's a nice idea. Although I can't see it happening since Anet would need to store every single GvG going on in the game.

its good...I want to see my mistakes exposed... it will only lead to rapid improvement in one's game.
Makkert
This would be great if implemented, but I'm afraid Fantus is correct here:
I'm not sure ANet could handle all the GvG's being watched...but if it would be possible, it would be the best learning tool yet.

you know what you COULD do. i think there is a program on the net that you can DL, its for games and such and you can record your own vids of what your doin...i cant remember the names of the DL's though. so if someone can help me out with the name, that'l be great. also beware i think its only a timed thing...(not sure though)

Not as great as observer mode since it'd only be from your own perspective.

I don't know how much recording would eat computer resources. It wouldn't be like video encoding because you just record all parameters, game engine builds the event based on those parameters and renders the match again. Maybe this create more security risks, maybe not.

Anet obviously couldn't record every gvg match, but what if you could record a demo, or better yet, several guildies could record at the same time, and then watch it the same as observer mode, with the ability to pause, rewind, and fast forward (for the officers, of course). That way the guild could talk and draw on the radar to point things out to people.
