I was trading 2 hornbows (Jade-bow skin) with a friend of mine, and this happend O.o when we traded again it was gone.

that is the 'icon under construction' image. For images that aren't finished yet by ANet. I haven't seen it for a long time though, don't get why you should have it. Maybe a small bug.

They're just icons, it still is the same.

with the new expention coming out , i guess its normal to see all kinds of bizare stuff now ...

its not with 2 lines of code that you merge 2 games.
