Few questions on this axe, also need a pc!

well earlier today, while farming, i came accross a Tribal Axe, one of the rarer axes in the game. after reviewing the skin, i realized, I LOVE IT!

and now, i would like to find (if possible) a max dmg Tribal axe, any req, +15% always, -5 energy.

does this axe exist?
and
how much (if this axe exists) would it cost?

ive never even seen a max damage one.

It would cost alot...!, though there are none max or with max dmg mods.
