How much is this worth and is it worth maxing out with upgrades? Your help is appreciated.

wow, i'd say water staff alot lower. i have tons of stuff like that (with "good" mods, but not max) that i cant sell for 3k, so thats where i'd PC it, around 3k...

and i guess i'm opposite, lol, becuz i'd think the 18%vs undead would be in good demand, with nothing but undead in FOW and UW. not worth near as much as regular __^50 because you can use those anywhere, i'd think some Warriors would love to have that as their FOW and UW-only weapon. i'm not a Warrior, so i dunno though. if its as useful as it looks, i'd max it out or try to sell like that to a player. in your own words, the mods on your stuff aren't max, so it's never going to sell as high as something with perfect inherent mods. and it seems more ppl prefer skill recharge over casting speed, so that has been taken into account as well.

if you can't seem to sell your stuff for more than 3k, perhaps
a) your stuff isn't worth more than 3k.
b) you just need to learn abit more about trading (and let's face it, we're all still learning as we go).

one last comment - don't limit your future potential by past "failures". just because you failed to sell something for 3k the past few times doesn't mean it's going to be like that forever. you'll get better if you learn from each experience. good luck.
