Need PC on Longbow +15% dmg ALWAYS (-10 armor when attacking). 10/10 sundering. +5 armor. (req 10 marksmanship) and Feathered.

upgrades, once added to a weapon, are only worth ~35-50% of their actual value.

mods are greatly lowered in price when applied to an item.... that's why it's usually suggested to sell items clean... I can get that string for 15k easy also. 
you might get over 50k if you find someone really wanting one... but anything over req 9 is when the price starts dropping in bigger chunks

powercozmic, i have four maxed ascalon bows, req 9, that have 15^50 that i'm selling for 3k each, lol. u can put ur own mods on it. :-)
as for mod prices dropping once added to an item, it all depends. the "perfect" mods on a perfect weapon, make the mods MUCH more valuable, (besides common greens).
