No it won't. Superior salvages are only a larger grouping of expert salvage kits.
You must use a superior or expert if you want to get the mods off a weapon rather than just the common crafting materials when using a standard salvage kit. But there is a chance (and an equal chance on both kits) that you will get one mod or the other, or that you will even get common craft from the attempt.
