Sundering Fellblade of defense
slashing damage:15-22 (req.9)
damage+15% (while enchanted)
Armor+5
Armor penetration+10% (9%)

I was wondering what this fellblade is worth, as is, and with sundering 10/10 and fortitude+30.

Is that 150k with the perfect mods or with the mods as they are?

80-120k..

160-180k with perfect mods..
