Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows a trustworthy FREE spyware etc remover? It's for my lady's laptop that clearly has infections and I was wondering if there was anything out there that was forfree and works to remove all these infections?

Be sure to get spyblaster too to prevent further attackings...
Also I suggest you get HijackThis to get a scan of whats running on your computer and post it as to see what spyware it is and also cause theres a few apps that get rid of certain spyware which is much more affective then multiple spyware remover apps.

and after you use all those free ones check here for a free scan to see what the others missed.i bought it by the way.

I thought Spyware Doctor was one of those backdoor trojans that, on the surface, was the tool you actually wanted, but installs a trojan. I must be thinking of something else. I remember hearing about a piece of software or two that did that.

i HAD (still have) spysweeper but after spyware doctor was reviewed and i tried it i bought it.i found a lot that the others including spysweeper missed.
