Vampiric storm bow of Marksmanship

Had this drop in UW Last night

Damage 15-28 req 8 Marksmanship
Damage +15% (while hexed)
Life stealing:5
Healy Regen -1
Marksmenship +1 (20% Chance whilst using skill)

I know it near perfect except for the 15% whilst hexed but stilol a nice bow

Any pointers would be appreciated

unluckily 20% is max while hexed and even those don't fetch much... IMO salvage

I will give it one of my Guild members rather than salvage it
