and -3 while hexed, % chance (out of your control)

yes, -3 but while HEXED, not enchanted, my bad, funny thing is i got it for free cuz i was signed on with my low lv warrior and someone advertized free giveaway for first low lv warrior to find him, and i was right next to him, lol
