PC on a perfect twin hammer

ehum okay its a 15^50% req8 5/-1 twin hammer
was thinking about 100k, whats your opinion guys?

hard to sell my pc is around 80k, I hardly sold one like this with 10/10, +30, 15^50, 9 req for 50k so it depends on if u find a buyer or not
