bonuses include:

10% chance faster cast
10% chance faster recharge
+5 energy
+30 health

you can have it for 5k if interested.

i have a few domination canes i think

im at work at the mo so i cant remember them all but i know they are all max dmg and gold

and 1 has recharge 18% and maybe a +energy bonus, but if u hit me up later ill tell you for definate what the stats are

i have gold max cane, req 12 dom, with +3 energy always for 1k, and Illyana's staff for 5k
