How Do You Dye Necro Fow Armor Baby Blue

I have purchased a set of necro fow tattoos and want the colour of them to match the colour of my necro's skin. I would like them to be a bably blue colour. I have tried many different types of dye combinations and consulted the dye colour chart but I have yet to find the right one I am after. The armor also appears to dye like normal non-tattoo armor.

Any help would be much appreciated. And yes I have looked in the dying your armor threads.

Hmmm. Necro FoW armour is weird to dye. A green + blue combo Ive used for a dark green on other armours, has turned up luminous on Necro FoW. Im guessing blue + silver would work though , if you havent already tried that?

Yeah I tried blue + silver and blue + dye remover. The first one came out dark blue
