This is one of the ones that makes you think wtf...
It's neat for novelty, but really isn't worth all that much as it is imho.
If the necro has their attributes that spread out to where something like this would be useful to them, then they should be laying face down on the floor, or playing a different class =P
However, if you don't really need the dmg, then it would be ok for a atb/ss necro.. i suppose.
I dunno... I wouldn't buy it so, so, I can't be sure, but maybe 10-15k
