Where oh where do I buy 15k?

I know this has been addressed before, but I can't find a decent answer in the google search thing.

Where do I buy 15k armor?
Are there multiple types of 15k?
What is fissure, gritton(sp?), etc?

Ascension is when I do the three quests then battle my own doppleganger, right?

What is fissure, fritton(sp?), etc? Fissure armor can be obtained from the Forgemaster in The Fissure of Woe. Very expensive due to the crafting materials needed (etcos and shards).

Once you get to Droks, its all about looks. The stats are the same whether you pay for 1.5k, 15k or fissure (the price which is probably around 100k+ with materials). You can buy shards or ectos from the rare materials trader but you may can get them cheaper in bulk from players in the Temple of Ages. Someone is always either selling or buying large quantities of ectos or shards.

the basic idea of 15k armour or fissure armour is looks. Which one you get, as an ele really comes down to your opinion on the looks, as the 15 extra AL vs a patricular element doesnt make a vast difference.

As for where ectos and shards can be obatined, well any town (lions arch, ascalon etc) sells them at the rare materials trader, or to farm them , ectos drop in the underworld, shards in the fissure of woe. however fissure is for hardcore gamers only ~ no offence but if you didnt know where 15k armour could be got i'm not sure you can afford fissure
