Energy +10
Fire Dmg: 11-22 (req 11 Fire Magic)
Reduces Disease duration on you by 20%
Halves skill recharge of Fire Magic spells ( Chace: 16%)
Armor +4

As far as I can tell the skin is normal. Thanks again

Throw it in the garbage.. I.E Merchant or 4k.
