I suggest to go and take a look at malinons hammer, you should be able to pick it up for 1k or so and it has a decent mod (15>50)

The "spikey hammer" is the Rare skin twin hammer I belive, whenever I go chest farming in the Shiverpeaks or directly outside of port sledge, can get a few.

if by "spikey" you mean the short handled hammer with the multitude of spikes set in a spiral, it's a rare skin for the "war hammer"
