because it doesn't have a damage mod like 15%^50 or hexed or enchanted.....etc.....

I thought it might be worth more because it has almost 2 perfect mods on it....

or no salvage. usually with two mods like that you get iron ignot or something

no, it's completely random. just make sure you're using an expert (or superior, which is just bulk expert) salvage kit and not just a normal salvage kit otherwise you will just end up with crafting material.
