The offhand will probably be the CoA quest item. I'll pay 5k for this as that is the going price.
The weapon, well it varies depending on the weapon. I am only looking for the -5 energy though, so don't go sticking a bunch of mods in the weapon and expect me to pay 50k for it. Remember the weapon doesn't have to be max damage, in fact it doesn't even need respectable damage.
