PC on 2 near perfect caster items

nr1: Water wand, 11-22 dmg
energy +5>50, improves skill recharge (9%)
req 8 water

nr2: Hale Accursed Staff of Defense
11-22dmg
improves faster casting 10%
improves skill recharge 9%
+28hp
+5defense
req 12 curses


at school so can't post piccies yet and stats are out of my head..

Don't really know the value of caster items so any help would be appreciated

1) ~10-20k
2) ~60-90k

2nd is 60k max, req 12 (my opinion, not good at staves )

25k for wand

60-70k staff

1) if im reading that right thats 5e^50? I think closer 40-50k, if thats correct.
