Max lvl for Bone Horrors

Was wondering what the max level is, or what the highest level anyone has seen for bone horrors. With my current equipment, I have lvl 18 horrors, and a weapon with a death magic +1 (10-20% chance) should get a 19 here and there, but was wondering if anyone knew of any higher lvls for them.

I thought 14 was max lvl. for horrors.

that is with just max points in death magic I believe, but with runes, armor, and a weapon, can go higher
