so its been a challenge for myself and my guild to try and take out glint, and we finally did it tonight, with only 4 of us and the rest henchmen (unfortunately, the two healer henchmen you can get do better than most real monks).
heres some screenshots of our accomplishment, which may not be anything to any of you but it was for us lol.

Now that you are the first (I know of) that has thrashed Glint, mind giving some of us others a few **spoilers** on how you did it and how it paid off at the end? What kind of drops did you get or were they all just from chests or what! Details man!

Key to beating Glint is just to pay attention and come prepared. First, bring non-elemental weapons. Just plain vanilla. Vampiric weapons are allowed. Hack away at her until she drops while keeping the people that she is focusing on alive.
A good strategy to use to make sure that she keeps her attention on only 1 person is to have that person carry one of her eggs and move around her in circles. Glint will focus all her efforts on that person. Keep your healers healing that one person. The only time she will stop will be to cast her self healing buff when she is around 50%, I forget its name, that makes all elemental based damage heal her. When you see her cast this tell your elementalists to stop nuking.
Little by little she will drop. As an added benefit to help out against the +7 regen of her self buff bring a ranger with poison to keep her poisoned non-stop.
When my team killed her she dropped 3 items, one of them being a gold Zealous Longsword of Defense.

Taking both warrior hench and both healers gave us the non-elemental damage advantage. theres a move she does towards 3/4's to 1/2 health that wipes out at least 2 or 3 people meleeing her so you have to be fast on rezzing before she focuses on healers as well after that.
if you bring henchmen, dont expect loot, but if you bring a good organized guildgroup you will get drops and can sort them amongst yourselves. theres also 2 chests in her lair.
theres another trick you can do using dragon eggs and dividing aggro that way, though its a little more challenging.

In my group there were three people with necro secondarys plus me, a necro primary, and we had all gone into the mission with four henchies to get grenths balance from the facet. So we all had it when we faced glint, it makes for a great trick to keep yourself alive. She has so many hit points that unless she is about one pixel away from dying it will heal all of your hp instantly, it is a 45 second recharge though, so use it carefully, but it is definitely a good way to get your health back in a pinch, while at the same time dealing your max hp in damage to her. So if you are a nec, or nec secondary take it with you.
