Is this Flame Artifact skin rare?

Does anyone know if this skin for a Flame Artifact offhand is a rare one? If so, would it be worth anything or should i just chuck it to the merchant? The item itself isn't particularly fantastic - just +12 energy (req 7 Fire Magic) - I just wasn't sure if the particular skin for it made it valuable.

If you can't see the image for some reason, the artifact looks like a green rod with a white glowing orb on the end of it that resembles an eye.

I THINK that is the Millus's (spelling??) Eye which is a Green Item. I wouldn't sell it to a Merchant. Check the Green price list on here for a range of prices for it

lol im not a noob - its not a green item. Its just a white Flame Artifact that dropped when i was farming. Anyone know anything about this thing?

yea... same skin as the milius but those wer dropping way before the greens.. you could call it a rare skin yes.. but more valuable no

Yeah that's a rare skin, however if it's white it's merchant fodder.
