Looking for Roknar's Forge. Great skills trainer there, but cannot find the darn place. Can anyone give me a general location?

Do you mean Droknar's Forge? You have to ascend first.

After you run through the mission "Dragons Lair" it is the first city/town you end up in before continuing on with your missions after ascension! If you've fought your 'mirror image' than you're practically there already.

That's not entirely true

You could head south out of Beacon's Perch through Lornar's Pass and pass through Dreadnaughts Drift, Snake Dance then stop for a breather at Camp Rankor before continuing through Talus Chute until you reach Droknar's Forge...

That said, it's probably easier to ascend!

LOL.. The road south out of Lornar's Pass is a B***h. Ascension WAS easier. I tried it for about 4 hrs over the weekend with a party mostly composed of Lvl 20's. We were all pretty well coordinated and worked good together.

That said we were beat, pummeled, killed.. killed again.. and again.. and again.. and if it weren't for that 60% limit on death penalties, would have been reduced to pixelated atoms.

All said we made it about 25% through Snake Dance before real life beckoned half the party members.

Ascending was a LOT easier by comparison.

That beats Gimlis quote from LotR: FotR, where he describes the path to Mordor.
