I have a ton of these... they have been dropping for me like crazy. I have also been selling them for 200g-400g. I have also seen people sell them for more than 1K along with the glowing focus, writhering focus, eerie rod and staves. If you guys want some let me know in game.

ARGH! I've not got one of these, not even a silly little one in pre-searing. So much so that I'm convinced they are only dropping on the American server - which is probably where the beta is currently taking place.

People keep saying they are finding them in pre-searing in the stashes, and in S Shiverpeaks in the "stashes" they didn't manage to completely clear out. I've even heard of them being a reward for winning halls. Hell, I've SEEN one as a reward for halls on observer mode.
I've been in S. Shiverpeaks and in pre a lot recent, just looking for one of these things, and I've not seen a single one drop.

I farm them, you get 2-5 of them in a chest which i cant say where is, no bs...

I just got a writhing focus this afternoon with hp-20. They aren't all that hard to find, gotten about 5 of em so far.

Mate, just because you live in the UK doesn't mean that you are on the European server right now. I farm both in the S. Just the other day my farming team got a gold rod for factions, however the req is 12 its still unid'. If you would like to buy it let me know, you can probably get a good mod off it, hopefully.
If it is max and the req is 8-9 unid and is blue, I sell for 300g, 10-12 200g. Purples unid 1K for 8-9, 10-12 750g. Golds unid, starts at 2K.
Since I have had a number of hits in game about these, send me a private message here and tell me what you are looking for and I will have them keep thier eyes open for one of them.
Once we have it, we will meet you in an international district since there are other countries playing.

If you want some, there's a Lost Strongbox that appears 1/2 the time just outside of Thunderhead Keep (sorry xb0vv, I hate these kinds of secrets). It drops horrible weapons, but there's a good chance that Ritualist items will pop out. Azure shadows will appear when you get near it, so be ready to tank them.

I have ~8. I can sell them for 500 gold if anyone's interested. They are disappointing though, as you guys can see, they aren't special skins or anything.
