When you reach a new level you can put some attribute-points in some attributes and you become better. But that's not fun enough! So for the first a very simple idea: Just make some aoutomatic thing type in how much HP you have gained(and maybe you should gain 1 mana or something?)
So here's for my second,little bigger idea: Talent Points! You gain one each leve and they are like attribute points but you put it on more fun stuff like:
Healing SignetRank1(each "category" has 5 or 3 ranks): Gives your healing Signet 4% chance to make a critcal heal and heal tripple the expected heal.Rank 2:Gives your healing Signet a 6& cchance to get a critical heal. And so on for 5 ranks
Sword Specalization:Rank 1:Permanent gives your sword 1% more damage and 1% more chance to critical strike.
Rank 2 it becomes 2%, rank 3: 3% and so on.
I think that you get it now, or atleast hope it.

Not a bad idea.. but I would also disagree.
It would make "experience" player way too powerful (when get start getting rank 5 on everything)
I would leave the passive bonus to weapon mods and runes (which we need more varity of)

Disagree, completely throws off the balance factor, and everyone will always pick the same talents anyway.
