Pc on gold +15 dmg sword,8 required

Hi all,i was told today this sword is worth over 100k-500k,because it had +15% dmg...He said he didnt have enough money to buy it,as I offered it to him for 2k..I didnt believe him,so I figured best place is here to check it....I wanted a price check,so I could sell it for half of what it is worth for a quick sale....Thanks in advance!!

good thing u didnt had money cous while hexed mods are bad.
cous consider when u are hexed not often only while enchanted ore -10 armor while attaking ore -5 energy are ealy good.

So this isnt a good sword??Is it rare?How much would you say its worth?

well a max bonus but a not that wanted one uhhm i would salvige it and sell the +5 armor mod for 5k but thats my opinion

+15 is not max for hexed
