I've looked around on guildwarsguru.com but only found pages on where to buy armour. Also, how much (generally) are Superior Hammer Runes going for? TY

The best weapons are found while exploring not "bought". Unless you mean from another player that has found one. In that case I would look at the trade spam in the larger cities (Ascalon, Lion's Arch)
