I decided to post a ritualist that raises spirts that damages ppl.

I can already tell you that it won't work well alone.
The 25 energy cost spirits eat up your energy rapidly. Even with Pain+Boon of Creation, which generates additional energy, it's incredibly difficult to afford more than just one 25 cost spirit without any other form of energy management. (Edit: Even mixxing in one, along with Ritual Lord is a bit difficult)
Already tried running a similar build myself.
If you were running this in a team with a necromancer battery, sure, you could probably handle it.
Alternately, you may want to mix up the attributes and try Spirit Siphon, though your spirits end up standing there doing nothing if you steal energy from the ones that attack. On the bright side, you could also toss in Painful Bond that way if you want to. Good skill concept, awful in practice; Rarely do the spirits seem to want to actually attack the person hexxed with it.

I'd assume that, though it doesn't really go up to 60%, and I've never tried it with spirits.
What I'd actually suggest is running the spirits in a team with a Ranger with Quickening Zephyr and Energizing Wind, dropping the cost down to 13 or 18 energy [depending on the order of the spirits], and the recharges down to 62.5%. You also get at least 2, if not more, nifty targets to cast Spirit Siphon on.
Unfortunately, 10 cost spells are pumped up to 13, and 5 cost spells are boosted to 7 cost, this way.
If you're running a Rt/R, you can use Serpent's Quickness instead of Ritual Lord, along with the above, to drop recharges down to ~42% on all of your skills and save an elite slot for energy management, or an other elite option.
Since you're already running it in a reduced recharge environment, you don't need all that many points in Wilderness to make full use of SQ.
Though that's just one option.
