Ok guys. Dunno if this is in the right thread or not, but yeah. I recently started trying out a 2 man UW with my 55 monk, and it's actually fun and enjoyable for me since i'm new at it. I actually just "finished" one 2 minutes ago, and it's the disgraceful behavior of the ss nec that spurred me into writing this. When you go into UW 2 man, and you agree on splitting the ectos, please stick to your word and SPLIT the ectos. one ecto dropped for him in the beginning of the run, and i was like lucky... guess the next one will be mine. so we go and take out some smites and nights, and nothing.... until the LAST group of smites. BAM! another ecto falls, and it's assigned to him. I'm about to say, well, there's my half when the kid just exits guildwars. So, i got screwed out of an ecto, and it's not that i'm upset, but that i pity the person that has to shaft someone over a single ecto : /. what happened to enjoying a game and honesty? So please, anyone that makes agreements with fellow gamers, please stick to your words.
EDIT: SWEET! this post just put me in the ministry of knowledge. WOO HOO! now i'm happy : ).

umm thats not half as bad as the korean 55-smitters who ditch you just before the smites, and do the entire run alone

Welcome to the world of PUG! Guildies/friends are really the way to go, and I'm sure those korean smitters would probably give you a ^___________^^^^^ before going.

I'm an SS/SV necro and I useally go with strangers sometimes there nice and sometimes there not. One time I had monk and right after the first ecto droped(for me) I said the next is yours and she said no split and kept tryin to open the trade box thing I kept sayin the next was hers then she burnt off and killed herself. That was over one ecto and that was in the first chamber! odds were that we were gonna get another ecto. Those kind of people just need to stop playing the game cause there to into it and don't got a life. So in the end I agree with Sincorpdeath.

If you are really good and give it your all every run and your partner realises you're very good, he will gladly split ectos even if you didn't talk about splitting in beginning of runs. Why's this? I'd personally much rather find a good and reliable partner than steal one ecto.
However, if you ask to split or make a comment like you did (lucky) right after HE gets ecto, that sounds very greedy and doesn't motivate him to split ectos.
Just agree before going in UW, and talk to the guy while you're in there. If you're decent, you do your job and you're fun to be with, I don't think your partner will steal the ecto and ditch you.

i do the UW with 3 people. 2 SS and 1 55hp, works great and fast against smites/behemoths and everthing but the dryers (we need practice).. and we all give ecto to one person (whom ever paid). thats guldies though..
