i heard that you could get some weapons from faction chapter but how can you get it?

You can find some weapons from the "Lost StrongBox" and "Frozen Chest" in Dreadnought's Drift (lies between Lornar's pass and snake dance [Shiverpeaks]) they can drop weaopns like: eerie rod, Glowing rod, Swamp Club, Glowing staff, Eerie staff. (some have req. from ritualist attributes)

Swamp Club is just a silly hammer with a Ram's Head skin and has been around for as long as i can recall 
But yes, the new Ritualist equipment drops from chests with no keys such as the Lost Strongbox (weapons) but not from the Frozen Chest (armor).
They also drop from the LS outside Thunderhead Keep which spawns randomly and is guarded heavily by fluffy teddy bears in the form of Smite Monks.
Pre searing chests also drop them in low damage form O.o
