it passed 100k+15 ecto (ok ok 199k u win) but is barage an enchanting spell or stance or whatever?

Barrage is an attack skill, not enchantment. Are you selling the bow? I might be interested..

this good be good for ranger spike, because order of pain is an enchantment..so yea, but wont go 200k+, ~100k or so, maybe 150k

fleshys are better for ranger spike, they have the inherant +10% armor penetration of a horn bow, while storm bow doesnt(according to guildwiki)
