I usually use the echo for a diversion spam, but sometimes i will double power block if there is a big caster offense. I like this build because it allows me to put a hard shutdown on two people at once. Any suggestions?

Uh, why two disenchants? You don't need them, might as well go for something like Cry of Frustration or Leech Signet to interrupt skills.

I've found that 2 enchant removals even in CA/TA care in use the whole time 90% of games so no reason not to have to imho.

Should get Arcane Conundrum for those faster spells that are hard to spike.

As said earlier so (by me and probably many others), Arcane Conundrum + Power Block = Evil > : ) in Arenas.

Utterly owns casters, as long as you can interrupt the first spell that comes out of their hatch.

I would drop arcane echo for power leak, and either drain enchant or shatter for power spike.

-dropping arcane echo means i lose my constant diversion spam, which is probably my most reliable shutdown on prot boon.
- I dont really need arcane conundrum, if I cant interupt with power block(i dont really go for anything shorter than 1 second), i just give them a diversion spam.
