Where to find this dude?

hi guys,

at a skill it says i can get that one at "Bartoch (Roknar's Forge)", but when i look at the interactive map i can't find a roknar's forge, where can i find this dude?

You're probably thinking of Droknar's Forge. It's in the southern Shiverpeak mountains. You can run down there starting at Beacon's Perch heading south, but it's pretty much easier to just follow the story doing the missions. It's a several hour journey to get there going from Beacon's Perch, and if you're not a complete group of level 20's you'll have very little chance of even making it there.

Otherwise, you won't get to Droknar's until you've ascended. It will be the second place you go to after ascension.
